• ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

Nursery : Children born between 1st. April, 2022 to 31st. March, 2023. 3+ yrs to 4 years, not more then 4 years).

L.K.G : Children born between 1st. April, 2021 to 31st. March, 2022. 4+ yrs to 5 years, not more then 5 years).

• The form of a child, whose age is lesser than/more than above mentioned age, will not be accepted.
• Nursery and LKG classrooms are fully Air-Conditioned
• Transport facility will be available for LKG students from all routes. but for Nursery children, it will be available only from Raj Nagar Extension.
• Registration form has to be filled online at the school website: www.stjosephsacademy.in
• Parents can download the payment receipt and interview card from the same website where the registration fee was paid.
• Please note that it is mandatory to bring the interview card at the time of the interview.

• BIRTH CERTIFICATE :
  • BIRTH CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY NAGAR NIGAM / MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.
  • THE NAME OF THE CHILD MUST BE MENTIONED ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  • NO CHANGES TO THE DATE OF BIRTH WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER REGISTRATION.
  • THE NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, FATHER’S NAME, AND MOTHER’S NAME OF THE CHILD MUST MATCH IN ALL DOCUMENTS.
• AADHAAR CARD :
  • AADHAAR CARD OF FATHER, MOTHER, AND STUDENT (OR STUDENT ENROLMENT NUMBER).
  • MAKE SURE THE STUDENT'S AADHAAR CARD CLEARLY MENTIONS DAY / MONTH / YEAR OF BIRTH.
• PHOTOGRAPHS :
  • RECENT PASSPORT-SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE CHILD AND BOTH PARENTS.
• REGISTRATION FEE:
  • ₹.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) This amount is to be paid online and is non-refundable.
  • Parents can download receipt of payment from the same site where you have paid the registration fee.
• Decision by the management will be final regarding Selection & Admission.
• Mere Registration does not guarantee admission. Incomplete registration form without required Documents will be rejected.

• Birth certificate issued by Nagar Nigam / Municipal Corporation.
• The name of the child must be mentioned on the birth certificate.
• No changes to the date of birth will be allowed after registration.
• The name, date of birth, father’s name, and mother’s name of the child must match in all documents.
- Aadhaar Card :
• Aadhaar card of father, mother, and student (or student enrolment number).
• Make sure the student's aadhaar card clearly mentions DAY/MONTH/YEAR OF BIRTH.
- Photographs :
• Recent passport-size photographs of the child and both parents.
• REGISTRATION FEE:
